this one is a long term problem child that we're stuck with. talks
and complains all the time, keeps telling people from other
departments how capable she is, sabos her own boss etc..but can't
work for nuts. its so hard to get good help. unfortunately we're
not in the private sector or she'd have been given her marching
orders long ago!
another example: she's supposed to turn on all the office
equipment and ensure printers have paper, change toner cartridges
etc and shut down everything at the end of the day. end up we do
most of it ourselves becauses is a lot faster plus, she goes home
on the dot. she's the kind that will insist on being given time off
for every minute past 6pm she has to stay.
actually that's because the pple in charge of her have no guts to
do the dirty work. well + the system hinders pple from doing so
too.
